We get it— life happens! The Client agrees to provide at least 48 hours' notice via email or text if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If the Client cancels an appointment within 48 hours or less of the scheduled time, the Salon reserves the right to charge a 35% cancellation fee of the total services booked. This fee will be charged to the Client’s card on file at the time of booking.
